sounds interesting, inspired to try and see if i can do it on NL. Call it the 'Werner Loop'. But as he said, it might be boring. You could spend a year trying to get it as near perfect as possible, then ride it and think "oh... that wasnt really anything special and ive just spent a year making it".

I agree. It's kind of like any project really. Once the "newness" wears off what is it that we are left with? To me, spending lots of time building something that is barely noticeable unless you possess an engineering degree sounds like a tremendous waste of money.

Interesting? Yes. Cost effective? I'm not so sure.
