I just had two out of my first three cavities filled today. I still can't feel the left side of my face.

Actually it wasn't that bad. I just felt a little pinch with the needle. I was breathing hard and shaking the whole time they where numbing me though.

^ I HATE the dentists. I've already had 8 teeth pulled (5 at one time) because my mouth is so small.

Dentists are only here to help you my friends. They wish nothing, causing you slight pain or not, to have the healthiest teeth you can possibly have. I, personally, appreciate them for taking care of my mouth. Very kind of them to look over us!

Yeah, I don't mind my dentist. This was just my first cavities and I didn't know what to expect. I've heard all kinds of stories but it wasn't what I expected.

Haha my Dentist uses a very irregular method for numbing my mouth while performing filling or pulling teeth. There is this "freeze-fan" which makes my mouth hot, in turn for some scientific reason which can't be explained without large words of those I can't spell makes my mouth feel very cold, and it makes my tongue and throat "go to sleep"...very strange, I know, lol!

I never had a cavity either, but I had teeth extracted and it wasn't fun.

Well, despite of all my sugar rushes over the past year, and my exceeding hyper-phase cababilities, I have had only two cavities in my life...HAHA I LOVE SUGAR! ^ ^ ^Most people will agree that I need to calm down sometimes...haha |

I got white fillings, so you can't even tell their there. I could always lie and say I've never had a cavity, lol.

Ehhhhhh....I don't know. When I got the white-filling, it was still pretty noticeable against the tooth-whiteness...It always looked more chalky and rough than the actual tooth.

Mine look fine, can't even tell their there. The one has a dip in the back though, I think that might be why it's a little more sensitive than the other, I'll have to ask my dentist about that when I get the last filling done.

Eh I just have a hate for all teeth related people. Orthodontists, dentists, I know they're doing the right thing. The right thing just pisses me off.

LOL, my wife used to be an assistant before she developed carpal tunnel ... and yeah, I agree man -- I hated her job as well. Even when she would come home smelling like the dentist office it would tick me off. LOL

You guys are wacked. The smell of Fluoride, Laughing Gas, and Face-Masks are the perfect mixture to a scent of wonder. A great new fragrance inspiration! "Dentist", by Victoria's Secret X'D!!!!

I went to get the last filling done today and they couldn't get the tooth numb. They got the inside numb but the outside wouldn't. So I had to reschedule an appointment.
